A2L is the vehicle through which I have taken executive responsibility in technology companies for 15 years: on the executive team or at board level, from early-stage ventures to established industrial operations.
Flagship role
SeaNest: from a lab miniature to a real-life prototype on Lake Neuchâtel.
SeaNest is a modular floating platform system for marine infrastructure, marinas and climate adaptation. I co-invented the technology and developed its intellectual property portfolio from the first filing.
CEO from 2021 to 2026, I built the venture infrastructure around it: technical architecture, industrial logic, business model, and the public demonstration that made it real.
- Launched in May 2025, presented publicly at the Laténium in June in the presence of the cantonal authorities

- Featured by GGBa, the official investment promotion agency for Western Switzerland

How I work
Fractional, not partial.
Fractional describes how much of my time a company has, not how much of my attention. On the executive team or at board level, accountable for the outcome, and in place long enough to be judged on it.
Innovation, R&D, development, industrialisation, production, and the CEO seat itself: each of these can be held full-time or fractionally. What changes is the cadence, not the accountability, and not the seat at the table.
What I bring in either form is the full journey from technology to market, and the organisation that carries it.
Current roles
Drug delivery, watchmaking, blood sampling, deep geothermal energy.
Co-founded to remove the manual handling still required to reconstitute lyophilised drugs, a source of contamination risk and dosing errors. I lead the venture from technology to market: product development, regulatory pathway, industrialisation strategy and business model.
Member of the executive team. Built and managed a portfolio of 19+ patent families covering Europe, the US and Asia. IP strategy is an integral part of the product and commercial roadmap.
On the executive team from day one, in support of medical devices that democratise blood sampling and self-injection. 15+ patent families protecting the core technologies across Europe, the US, Asia and Brazil.
Core-team member of a Swiss deep-geothermal deeptech producing heat and electricity, working alongside the founders, the board and the technical advisors.

A2L est le véhicule par lequel j'assume depuis 15 ans des responsabilités exécutives dans des entreprises technologiques: au sein de l'équipe de direction ou au conseil d'administration, de la jeune pousse à l'opération industrielle établie.
Rôle phare
SeaNest: d'une maquette de laboratoire à un prototype grandeur nature sur le lac de Neuchâtel.
SeaNest est un système modulaire de plateformes flottantes pour les infrastructures marines, les ports de plaisance et l'adaptation climatique. J'ai co-inventé la technologie et développé son portefeuille de propriété intellectuelle dès le premier dépôt.
CEO de 2021 à 2026, j'ai construit autour d'elle l'infrastructure de l'entreprise: architecture technique, logique industrielle, modèle d'affaires, et la démonstration publique qui l'a rendue réelle.

Ma manière de travailler
Fractionné dans le temps, entier dans l'engagement.
Le fractionnement porte sur mon temps, pas sur mon engagement. Dans l'équipe de direction ou au conseil d'administration, responsable du résultat, et en place assez longtemps pour en répondre.
Innovation, R&D, développement, industrialisation, production, et la direction générale elle-même: chacun de ces rôles peut être tenu à plein temps ou de manière fractionnée. Ce qui change, c'est le rythme, pas la responsabilité, ni la place à la table.
Ce que j'apporte, quelle que soit la forme, c'est le trajet complet de la technologie au marché, et l'organisation qui le porte.
Rôles actuels
Administration de médicaments, horlogerie, prélèvement sanguin, géothermie profonde.
Co-fondée pour supprimer la manipulation manuelle encore nécessaire à la reconstitution des médicaments lyophilisés, source de risque de contamination et d'erreurs de dosage. Je conduis l'entreprise de la technologie au marché: développement produit, voie réglementaire, stratégie d'industrialisation et modèle d'affaires.
Membre de l'équipe exécutive. Portefeuille de 19+ familles de brevets construit et géré, couvrant l'Europe, les États-Unis et l'Asie. La stratégie IP fait partie intégrante de la feuille de route produit et commerciale.
Dans l'équipe exécutive depuis le premier jour, au service de dispositifs médicaux qui démocratisent le prélèvement sanguin et l'auto-injection. 15+ familles de brevets protégeant les technologies cœur en Europe, aux États-Unis, en Asie et au Brésil.
Membre de l'équipe cœur d'une deeptech suisse de la géothermie profonde, pour la production de chaleur et d'électricité, aux côtés des fondateurs, du conseil et des conseillers techniques.
